The Scenario Builder is a tool for using existing mechanisms and budgets to analyse different scenarios, and looking at their outcomes via graphs and maps.

The PowerBI Dashboards are built to look at the detail of pre-defined scenarios and the baseline, looking at the areas, entitlements, payments and characteristics of businesses under different scenarios.
